SafeBet River Weekend Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The SafeBet River Weekend Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Curador Labs LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, Missouri cannabis manufacturing license no. MAN000047 ("Sponsor"), PO BOX 470428, Saint Louis, MO 63147, on behalf of the SafeBet brand.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the State of Missouri who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of age and Missouri residency will be required before any prize is awarded (see Section 9).
The following persons are NOT eligible to enter or win:
- Employees, officers, directors, members, and agents of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities (including Curador Holdings Inc. and all Curador-affiliated entities);
- Employees of any participating dispensary or retail partner, and of any advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agency involved in the Giveaway;
- The immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of any of the above, regardless of where they live.
Entrants must not be located outside of Missouri at the time of entry.
This Giveaway is void outside the State of Missouri and wherever otherwise prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway entry period begins on June 15, 2026, at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's computer (or the designated entry administrator's computer) is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the official entry page at https://safebetofficial.com/summer2026 (the "Entry Page"), pass the age-verification gate, and complete and submit the official entry form with the requested information (including name, email address, and telephone number). This is a free method of entry.
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entry is not gated behind any purchase of cannabis products, any purchase from a dispensary, or the creation of any dispensary account.
Limit: one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Entry Period. Multiple entries from the same person beyond the stated limit, and entries submitted using any automated, robotic, scripted, or fraudulent means, will be void.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 1st, 2026, by a member of Sponsor's marketing team, whose determinations are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the River Weekend prize package, with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of $850.00. The prize package consists of the following components:

The prize is awarded "as is," is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize (or prize component) of equal or greater value if any advertised component becomes unavailable for any reason.
All costs and expenses not specifically described above as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Cannabis Product Disclaimer
SafeBet products are regulated cannabis products produced under the Missouri cannabis license no. MAN000047.
For use only by adults 21 years of age or older. Keep out of reach of children.
No statement in these Official Rules or in any Giveaway material is intended to make, and nothing should be read as making, any health, medical, or therapeutic claim regarding any cannabis product.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the email address and/or telephone number provided at entry, on or about August 5th, 2026. The potential winner must respond to the notification and complete all required verification and documentation within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the response period, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to complete or comply with any requirement of these Official Rules, that person will be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. This process may be repeated as needed.
9. Winner Verification and Required Documents
Before any prize (or prize component) is awarded, the potential winner must:
- Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID confirming the winner is 21 years of age or older and a Missouri resident;
- Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability and Publicity Release;
- Complete and return an IRS Form W-9 (providing legal name, address, and Social Security Number or TIN) so that Sponsor may meet its tax-reporting obligations (see Section 10).
Required documents must be returned within 2 days of issuance. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.
10. Taxes
Because the ARV of the prize exceeds $600, the Sponsor is required to report the prize value to the Internal Revenue Service and will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor recommends the winner consult a tax advisor.
11. SMS Consent, Privacy, and Communications
Opting in to marketing text messages is entirely optional and is NOT required to enter or win the Giveaway. If an entrant chooses to opt in by checking the SMS consent box, the entrant provides prior express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from SafeBet at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of entry or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.
Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://safebetofficial.com/privacy.
12. Social Media Platform Release
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. Each entrant completely releases those platforms from any and all liability in connection with this Giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
13. General Conditions and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, garbled, or undeliverable entries or communications; technical, hardware, software, network, or telephone failures of any kind; or any injury or damage to any person's computer or device related to or resulting from participating in the Giveaway.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, subject to any applicable approval that may be required.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, and their respective officers, directors, members, employees, and agents, from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
14. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri.
15. Winner Information
To request the name of the winner after the drawing, send a written request to the Sponsor at PO BOX 470428, Saint Louis, MO 63147 by September 30th, 2026.
